as we’re approaching this new year, I felt it was time to let go of some things that have been gathering dust. Some old things, and some new things, I tried to pick out tracks that I know yall haven’t heard yet so there should be surprises around every turn.

can’t believe i’ve been making tracks for over 10 years now..That said, there’s so much to learn still.

Impact Brazillionaires

BIGup Spon letting me know that Al jaZz and him just dropped Brazillionaires.  The last project Spon put out, Buy Surprise, flexed his beat making skills, and he’s back to flex his lyrical ones.  Al jaZz and Spon linked up through a remixed track that Al jaZz did.  Shortly after that,  they started sending beats back and forth.  Most of the samples for Brazillionaires are from Brazilian tracks- hence the name.  Needs vs. Wants, & Listen and Learn are a couple of my favorite tracks, but you can ride out on the whole thing.
